Teaching Fellowship

The RGHA Teaching Fellowship program was established in 1973.  It is presently supported through an endowment by a generous donor of the RGH Association.

The program brings outstanding specialists in medicine and health care to Rochester General Hospital, enhancing medical education and patient care.

With recommendations of the committee, which includes physicians and RGHA Board Members, renowned physicians of various specialities are invited to participate in lectures and visiting the department in their area of expertise.

Over 160 distinguished guests, from all over the United States, Canada, England, Japan, New Zealand, Germany and Switzerland, have been invited by the Departments of Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Surgery and Dentistry.
